Bedtime Milk

As strange as it may sound, this bedtime drink, based around turmeric actually works wonders and is calming enough to allow a peaceful sleep. Turmeric offers us many benefits and consuming this milk before bed will also soothe your digestive system. If you don’t like coconut milk, try almond, it works just as well.

Recipe by our very own Louise Coghlan (Nutrition Coach)

Ingredients: 1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Raw Cacao
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Choc Shot

Directions Blend all ingredients in NutriBullet then warm gently in a pan. Do not boil. Drink while warm to aid restful immune boosting sleep.
