Refund Policy

Damage Returns

Any damage to items within your order must be reported by email via our web site within 48 hours of when you received the ordered products. We would ask you to return the items by recorded delivery for which we will refund the postal charges . Monkey Nutrition may request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim and authorisation must then be given by us for you to return the damaged goods before we can release any product replacements.Returning Products: Any problems with your order, with the exception of damage, must be reported by e mail via our web site within 7 days for both UK and International orders from the date of receipt of the products.

You the customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning all unwanted (non- faulty) items back to us at our post room address, which can be found on our web site. Monkey Nutrition will not be responsible for any orders lost or damaged during postage and delivery to any country outside of the UK. All returns must first be authorised by Monkey Nutrition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any opened products where the seal has been broken or tampered with in any way. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only; initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please allow 14 days for the adjustment to be visible on your account. We must receive the item back within 14 days of receipt in a fully unopened and re- saleable condition. Any orders returned to us because of non- delivery due to incorrect address details will only be re delivered upon receipt of a £5 charge(UK). Monkey Nutrition shall not be liable for economic or financial loss or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising. Limitations On Consumer Rights: Under the Sale of Goods 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 a customer may be entitled to a refund where the goods sold are faulty, not as described or where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods. This right cannot be taken away and any attempt by a trader to limit this liability under the Acts by reference to an exclusion clause or similar notice will be void and therefore unenforceable.

None of the above statements affect your statutory rights.
