LuLu's Kitchen Protein Pancakes

Louise Coghlan loves her protein, but as a very busy lady, she also likes to keep things simple and effective. These protein pancakes are a great option for a quick breakfast or a protein filled snack. Delicious and easy, our two favourite things, even we can make them, have a go yourself:

Recipe 1/3 cup oats 1 scoop Vanilla Monkey Primal 26 1 large egg 1 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup almond milk 1 banana 1/2 tsp baking powder Raspberries, blueberries and maple syrup to serve

Directions Whizz all ingredients in Nutribullet. Cook in medium hot pan for 1min 50 secs then flip and cook for 45 seconds.

Makes 10 small pancakes or 5 large.
