Take 1 scoop of Primal Whey twice daily - 1 scoop as part of your breakfast and 1 scoop pre-workout with 1 scoop of Super-Carb. Take 2 Scoops of M-Fusion post-workout. Take 1 scoop of Super-Carb during your workout, sipping as you train. For added carbs, you may also mix a scoop of Super-Carb with the M-Fusion, post-workout. Take 3 Creatine tablets, 30 to 45 minutes before training with your pre-workout shake. Always drink plenty of water throughout the day, when taking products such as this.
