Tuna, Hummus and Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

100g mix of spinach and romaine lettuce
1 celery stick

few slices cucumber
100g (1 cup) broccoli
50g (1/2 cup) cauliflower
2 tbsp hummus
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1 can tuna
drizzle of oilve oil

Directions:

Bring all the ingredients together on a plate and drizzle with olive oil; it's that simple!...enjoy! :)
